The purpose of this class was to create and modify a Website for a fictitious travel agency specializing in ‘sun’ and ‘sand’ vacations.

Advanced Web Design Class (April 2005), The Green Garden:
The Green garden is a Portland, Oregon-based business that started 5
years ago by Jill Matthews. For several years before that, Matthews
was involved in the commercial landscaping and gardening industry,
and she wanted to put some of her own ideas regarding earth-friendly,
ecological gardening into practice. As a result, she started The Green
Garden on her own with just a pickup truck along with some old fashioned
ingenuity, and she single-handedly built a clientele. Five years later
her business is booming, she employs over 30 people, runs classes on
her own gardening philosophy, and feel she must replace her single-page
Website with a more functional and professional site.

Senior Project Class (July 2005), LaVance Winery:
The purpose of this class was to create a project proposal,
business plan at a given budget, timeline, personnel needs,
materials, costs, and project goals. The primary objective
of this cumulative project is for us to conceptualize,
develop, and create a new piece that will be a major part
of our final design portfolio. The project was proposed for
multiple components of design such as, logo, brochure,
merchandise labels, and Website for LaVance Winery.
